So Dakki, also referred to as Dakki, is the primary antagonist of Houshin Engi, both in the manga and the 1999 anime adaptation. During her reign, the Yin Empire suffered severely as a result of her lavish way of life and enchanting the emperor, while the rest of the Yin Empire suffered from heavy taxation, famine, and the execution or oppression of regime dissidents. Her character is more complex in the manga, but in the anime, she is shown as the evil, selfish Empress who wants nothing more than power and is only concerned with herself and her two sisters (who are not biologically related) Ou Kijin and Ko Kibi.
Keiseigenjou / Veil of Temptation
This paopei emits a strong scent that affects all men and brings them under control. In order to resist the spell, one needs an iron will. Chuu Ou is a well-known victim of her temptation, and she is rarely seen without this paopei.
Gokashichikinou
This paopei, when swung, creates a shockwave of air pressure that smashes into incoming enemy attacks or flings the enemies away as easily as it is to swing a fan.
Kinkabou
This rather tall hat (or crown) she wears is a defensive paopei that appears to block magical attacks. It's believed to also shoot out a deadly beam of light, as evidenced in both Episode 1 and the end of Episode 20.
