CAV Deathmatch, otherwise known as Chocolate and Vanilla Deathmatch, is an old community project I tried to work on since 2019 but was later abandoned until it was officially discontinued in 2021 during TWANGO1's development.
Originally titled VAC, which is Vanilla and Chocolate (a reference to Vanilla Doom and the Chocolate Doom source port), this project saw contributions from the likes of Maddog, Mortrixs, and OwlMan. However, as time went on, development stopped after my temporary burnout. Fast forward to 2021. I revisted this project with OpenRift, who was leading the development of TWANGO, and MadDog, who contributed to the project, and we agreed not to continue on with the project. The project will still be downloadable for archival reasons. In case one day some of these maps could be recycled in a future project while I am focusing on improving my level design skills,.
